Warranty & Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and registered with our team at info@houseofalyk.com.

Preference-based returns

  • Accepted within 30 days.
  • Customers are always responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty (two-year limited coverage for manufacturing defects)

  • Within 30 days of delivery: You may return the fixture for a refund or request a replacement. In both cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • After 30 days: Refunds are no longer available. The warranty covers replacement parts or a new fixture at no charge. If you prefer to return the item instead of accepting a replacement, you will still be responsible for return shipping costs.
